Fantastic my stay at Carnival Palace Hotel customer support assisted me have a new key when I requested for support. The breakfast and food items generally was perfect. All of the employees I contacted were exceptionally nice.

This hotel was really centrally situated and the staff members in the reception were there at all the time. The beds were comfy and the other guests have been usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Incredibly great hotel and wonderful area. Undoubtedly endorse this place!

Incredibly nice and perfectly clean hotel. The placement is great, exactly what we required. Beds were being quite nice. There wasn’t a great deal of the social environment nevertheless it is fantastic for a complete night rest. I appreciated my stay here enormously and will most likely come once again for my up coming visit to Venezia.
